Join our team as a Mobile Lead Engineer at our Warwick site, where you'll ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of engineering systems across multiple satellite sites. You'll deliver planned maintenance, reactive, and quoted works tasks, develop and support the Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) process and ensure compliance with client permit systems. Enhance visibility and efficiency through meticulous planning and preparation of works. Conduct site safety observations, integrate safety practices within the team, and support the use of mobile devices and software applications. Utilize your multi-skilled expertise to address diverse engineering tasks and provide consistent service and maintenance across all sites.

Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Lead Engineer at the Warwick site for the National Grid account, your primary responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of engineering systems across multiple satellite sites. You will handle planned maintenance, reactive tasks, and quoted works, while developing and supporting the Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) process. Ensuring compliance with client permit systems, planning and preparing works, and conducting site safety observations are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will integrate safety practices within the team, support the use of mobile devices and software applications, and provide multi-skilled expertise to address diverse engineering tasks. This hands-on role requires proactive problem-solving and a strong focus on safety to meet client standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within the facilities management engineering industry.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications or a related field.
  • Strong focus on safety, ensuring compliance with client standards and integrating safety practices within the team.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to support site and business needs quickly.
  • Multi-skilled expertise to handle diverse engineering tasks across multiple satellite sites.
