ROLE: Multi-Skilled Electrical & Mechanical Engineer (Industrial Effluent treatment system)
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: UK Wide Travel

SALARY: 45,000 - 48,000

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Electrical & Mechanical Engineer who will support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of industrial effluent and wastewater treatment systems across customer sites throughout the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble and commission industrial effluent treatment equipment, including DAF units, disc filters, pumps, mixers, chemical dosing systems and associated process equipment.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical, mechanical and process systems.
• Install and maintain electrical equipment including motors, instrumentation, sensors, control panels, MCCs and field devices.
• Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs and technical documentation to support installation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards, whilst maintaining accurate service and commissioning records.

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
• Proven experience within industrial effluent treatment, wastewater treatment, water treatment, or a similar process industry environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills with experience installing and commissioning industrial process equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, control systems, instrumentation and process equipment, alongside a full UK driving licence.
