Job Title: Mobile Soft Services Supervisor
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time

We're looking for a Mobile Soft Services Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities:

Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mite Polices & Procedures
Ensure adequate staffing levels are achieved by rostering correctly
Maintaining Cleaning Standards as per contractual requirments.
Responsibility for ensuring that staff members adhere to Mitie Uniform & PPE Standards
Ensuring stock allocation & equipment checks are completed.
Reporting any poor performance or mis-use of equipment.
Flexibility and willingness to complete any other reasonable management, client or customer requests

Main duties

Prepare in advance rosters to ensure adequate staffing to cover holiday etc.
Bring to the attention of the manager sickness, absence etc
carry out Toolbox Talks relating to H&S Bulletins or Company/announcements
Report incidents as per the Mitie QHSE requirements
Comply with site regulatioins and conduct oneself in a professional manner
Communicate & liaise with site personnel in a professional manner.
Accountable for ensuring all chemicals, equipment & trolleys are stored correctly.
Ensure Site Files are updated and reviewed monthly.

Previous Supervisory or Team Leader Experience
Customer Service Skills
Good written & verbal communication skills
IT Skills desirable but training will be provided
Time Management Skills
Flexible
Self Motivated
Cleaning Experience
Clean Full UK Driving holder
Clear DBS required plus enhanced vetting elements.
