ROLE: Mobile Plumber
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: London

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Plumber to join our growing engineering team, working across a diverse range of sites where no two days are the same and there is real opportunity to develop and utilise your skillset.

Role Responsibilities:

Undertake inspection, maintenance and repair across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
Carry out pipework inspections, adaptations and repairs for associated equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs.
Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services in line with SFG20 requirements and relevant Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).
Provide an excellent level of service to the client by answering queries, reporting defects and keeping stakeholders informed of site activities.
Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and records of remedial works, in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating, or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent recognised technical qualification)
Proven experience working within a Facilities Maintenance / Building Services environment
Demonstrable experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of:
- Small hot water vessels
- Sanitaryware including taps and associated pipework
- Saniflo systems and similar pumped drainage solutions
- General plumbing remedial works and fault finding
Working knowledge of ACoP L8 and water hygiene compliance requirements.
