ROLE: Mobile HVAC Engineer

HOURS: 08:00 – 17:00, 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Greater London

We're looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC / Mechanical Bias Engineer to join our team and help maintain a wide range of building systems at one of our key client's sites. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of essential infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

Carry out the service, maintenance, and repair of mechanical installations across the site.
Maintain ventilation systems including air handling units (AHUs) and intake/extract systems.
Maintain heating and cooling systems, including thermal wheels and fan coil units (FCUs).
Work on water systems such as booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.
Undertake both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, ranging from basic plumbing to statutory compliance tasks such as legionella monitoring.
Respond to client queries, identify and report defects, and provide clear and timely updates.
Ensure all inspections, remedial works, and service activities are accurately recorded and documented.
Work safely at height, in confined spaces, and undertake manual handling tasks in line with safe working practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience within a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
Relevant mechanical qualifications such as F-Gas, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 5, or HNC (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
Competent in using a mobile device for reporting and record keeping.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
