ROLE: Mobile Gas Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Sevenoaks, Kent, England, TN13 1AJ

We're looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who will undertake the maintenance and repair of gas plant and associated building systems at our Sevenoaks site, ensuring compliance with legislative standards and delivering high-quality service.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance and repair of gas plant, including fabric and basic electrical tasks as required under contract.
Complete all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks in line with legislative standards and within required timescales.
Monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed to the required standard and in line with Health & Safety regulations.
Issue permits, manage small works and carry out escort duties where required.
Accurately complete certification, reports and paperwork, ensuring all statutory and mandatory tasks are met on time.

Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Experience in maintenance, testing and fault finding across equipment such as boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting.
Full current driving licence.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
Good communication skills, proactive approach and strong customer care focus, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
