Join Mitie as a Mobile Electrician, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of buildings within the Local Government and Education sectors. You'll handle a variety of tasks, from planned and reactive maintenance to minor works, ensuring our clients' estates remain open, safe, and compliant. This role exists to ensure that our clients' buildings and estates are maintained to the highest standards, meeting all safety and compliance requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation and safety of these facilities.
Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Electrician at Mitie, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of buildings within the Local Government and Education sectors. Your tasks will include performing planned, reactive, quoted, and minor works on building services assets. You will ensure that buildings remain open, safe, fit, and compliant, while providing timely feedback through both manual and digital platforms. Additionally, you will conduct basic reporting, quoting and condition appraisals, liaising with contractors and external suppliers as needed.
