ROLE: Mechanical Engineer
HOURS: 48 Hrs/Week (12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off)
LOCATION: Dudley, West Midlands DY1 2HQ

At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Role Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair plumbing, ventilation systems (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
Deliver high-quality service, respond to client queries, and report defects promptly.
Complete documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial logs.
Perform manual tasks, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and Permit to Work systems.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
Full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile devices effectively.
