We're looking for an HVAC and BMS Supervisor to lead a technical engineering team in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality maintenance services within a healthcare environment.

You'll play a key role in managing engineering activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining critical building systems that support essential operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team delivering HVAC, BMS, and engineering maintenance services to agreed standards
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, in line with PFI contracts, HTMs/HBNs, and statutory requirements
  • Manage subcontractors, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and lifecycle activities
  • Act as Authorised Person (AP) where applicable and ensure Safe Systems of Work are followed
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to minimise operational disruption

Required Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in a supervisory or management role within facilities management or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and safe working practices

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and manage complex engineering issues

  • Commitment to team development, continuous improvement, and social value initiatives
