HR Systems Manager (10-Month FTC) – Hybrid Working

Location: Hybrid 
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (10 months)

Are you an experienced HR Systems professional with a passion for driving digital transformation in HR? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Systems Manager to join our team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful projects and optimise our HR technology landscape, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee a small team of 2 Systems Analysts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our HR systems.
  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Configure, manage, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors to align with business needs.
  • Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end HR systems projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training and provide expert support to HR teams and system users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement system enhancements and process efficiencies.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure systems meet legal, data protection, and security requirements.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and user engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • SuccessFactors Proficiency: Proven experience and accreditation in key modules such as Employee Central, Admin Centre, Reporting, and Replication.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with systems such as SAP, AskHR, Reward Gateway, Service Now, Advisor Plus – Empower, CPI, OpenText, Kalidus, and Procius.
  • Project Leadership: Strong track record of managing HR systems projects from concept to completion.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communicator: Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
