We are seeking an energetic and valued contributor to manage and develop our Interior Plant Maintenance contracts! Mitie Landscapes has a new opportunity for an Interiors Contracts Manager to join our team at the UKs leading FM company. You will have full responsibility for the day to day operations and projects. Agile, flexible working is critical to the continuing success of the Landscapes business, the ability to embed performance excellence through an operating model which supports operational seasonal peaks and out of hours customer support is critical.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will lead all Installations and projects for the division, ensuring you deliver the exceptional every day.

You will be responsible for.

  • Developing growth and profitable operation of the area.
  • To implement a positive health and safety culture on all installations from the scope of works onwards.
  • To work within the constraints of the installation budget including labour and materials., Present all CES and project works for sign off to the correct levels of Authorisation in the business.
  • To sell and be targeted on new sales and installation savings.
  • To constantly strive to improve efficiency and utilisation of resources.

What we are looking for

  • You must have experience in the within the horticultural/ Landscaping industry.
  • Previous supervisory/ management experience.
  • An excellent understanding of operational IT systems.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and the management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment.
  • Able to represent Mitie effectively at both internal and external meetings.
  • Able to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Seeks out and takes opportunities to learn new skills as part of personal professional development.
  • Leads by example in all role activities.
  • Flexible working, especially during December for Christmas installs and occasional weekend instal works.
