JOB PURPOSE:

 

Respond to and correlate service requests and provide general    office administration and clerical duties. The preparation of reports.

 

This Job Description is not exhaustive and other duties and responsibilities of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.

Receive service requests and allocate responses in a timely manner

Provide administration support to the Regional Operations Manager, Accounts Support Manager and to individual Site Managers.

Collect and prepare data for reports.

Update the invoice databases.

Prepare purchase orders and order supplies.

Update asset registers.

Prepare and update HR, Payroll and Personnel data.

Maintain stationery supplies.

Typing correspondence and reports.

Attend meetings as required.

 

   
 
   

COMMUNICATION:

 

Must project a professional business image together with a mature, discreet attitude when dealing sensitively by telephone or directly with individuals.  

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the contract team and visitors

   
 

 

Day to Day Contact/Support for Site Managers, Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager.

Health & Safety:

The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and amendments state it is the responsibility of all employees to comply with Health and Safety Law.  The post holder will be required to attend all statutory Health and Safety training.

 

The postholder is required to comply with the Company's Health & Safety strategy, policy and procedure to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff members, visitors, contractors and others.  The postholder must comply with the designated levels of responsibility as detailed within the Mitie Health and Safety strategy, policy and procedure.

No Smoking:

There is a policy of No Smoking in all Mitie premises.  Smoking is only permissible in certain designated areas.

Location:

You may be required to work at other Mitie locations from time to time.  Reasonable notice of any such changes will be provided.
