JOB PURPOSE: |
Respond to and correlate service requests and provide general office administration and clerical duties. The preparation of reports. |

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULTS AREAS: |

Receive service requests and allocate responses in a timely manner Provide administration support to the Regional Operations Manager, Accounts Support Manager and to individual Site Managers. Collect and prepare data for reports. Update the invoice databases. Prepare purchase orders and order supplies. Update asset registers. Prepare and update HR, Payroll and Personnel data. Maintain stationery supplies. Typing correspondence and reports. Attend meetings as required.

COMMUNICATION: |

Must project a professional business image together with a mature, discreet attitude when dealing sensitively by telephone or directly with individuals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the contract team and visitors |

Day to Day Contact/Support for Site Managers, Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager. |

No Smoking: There is a policy of No Smoking in all Mitie premises. Smoking is only permissible in certain designated areas. Location: You may be required to work at other Mitie locations from time to time. Reasonable notice of any such changes will be provided.
