Your Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental to the success of our logistics client by driving outstanding Soft Services through expert cleaning and facilities management. As the Head of frontline operations, you'll lead a dynamic cleaning team, surpassing service excellence benchmarks while prioritising customer satisfaction.
You'll ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), all while fostering efficiency and effectiveness. By enhancing revenue and cultivating robust client relationships, you'll continuously explore innovative industry opportunities.
Leading a diverse operational team, including Regional and Site Managers, you'll guarantee flawless delivery of client requirements, uphold Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, and oversee budgeting and payroll. Your commitment to high-quality customer excellence will shine as you communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage additional initiatives, all while supporting the development of the Mitie-client offering and ensuring timely billing submissions.
