As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences by providing outstanding service, offering centre information, assisting with guest enquiries, and helping to ensure every visit is enjoyable and stress-free.

• Polite and friendly demeanour
• Works well within a team dynamic
• Confident and outgoing in social settings
• Flexible on weekends and evenings

Main Duties:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards our guests, brand partners and colleagues.
• Be confident in using radios to reach colleagues or centre personnel
• Provide local information to support Tourism
• Driving Guest feedback through the Share your thoughts platform
• Know our centre so you can answer questions from all those working, visiting or living around Gunwharf Quays
• Demonstrate cooperation, professionalism and team spirit within our Guest Services Team
• Work with a positive demeanour and support others in the team when required
• Be open to change and be flexible within your team where requirements are necessary
• The role of Guest Services includes being inside and outside all times of the year, all weathers and rotate in/out with colleague

There is opportunity when the seasonal contract ends to extend into a permanent or reoccurring seasonal contract. Seasonal contracts range from 8-30 hour. Must be able to start within the first 2 weeks of November and be available throughout December.
