Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Salary: £23,809 to £30,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday- 7.30AM to 3.30PM (flexible working available)
Location: MoD Corsham, Building 406, Corsham, Wiltshire, England, SN13 9ET
Note: Starting salary is Real Living Wage, with a progression pathway to a maximum of £31K. Performance-based raises are given annually. In addition you can expect to earn £2,300 pa from overtime and on-call.
Based at MOD Corsham in Wiltshire, Mitie are looking for a full time Grounds Maintenance Operative to carry out general grounds maintenance tasks and reactive jobs.
You will work in a small, dedicated team, driven to deliver exceptional service every day to our clients. You will need to be reliable, adaptable, professional, & able to prioritise workloads. Safe working and adherence to risk assessments is absolutely critical.
Standard working hours are 7:30 – 3:30 M-F, but flexible working is available.
