We're seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Director to help lead the performance and future direction of our Retail & Mobile business. Reporting to the Finance Director for Technical Services and operating as part of the wider finance leadership team, this is a highly influential role working at the heart of the business alongside operational and commercial leaders.
You'll bring financial rigour, strategic insight and a growth mindset, using data, digital tools and clear storytelling to turn strategy into results and ambition into measurable outcomes.
This role is fundamentally about value creation. As Finance Director, you will lead financial performance across the Retail & Mobile portfolio, working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to translate strategy into robust financial plans, forecasts and decisions.

You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of finance, challenging existing ways of working and championing digital transformation through automation, data excellence and the responsible use of AI. Central to your success will be building and leading a high‑performing finance team, embedding strong standards for business partnering, insight and continuous improvement.
You'll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant commercial experience in complex, fast‑paced environments. You'll combine strong technical and analytical capability with commercial acumen and confident stakeholder presence.
