Facilities Manager

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple school sites.
Ensure full compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Manage budgets effectively to deliver top-quality services and maintain profitability.
Lead and develop site teams, driving performance and service delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Monitor service performance and produce clear, actionable reports.
Champion Health & Safety and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in Facilities Management, ideally within PFI or education contracts.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness with a track record of managing budgets and driving value.
Knowledge of lifecycle planning, utilities, and compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a proactive, adaptable approach.
