Facilities Manager

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple school sites.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Manage budgets effectively to deliver top-quality services and maintain profitability.
  • Lead and develop site teams, driving performance and service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor service performance and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Champion Health & Safety and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in Facilities Management, ideally within PFI or education contracts.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of managing budgets and driving value.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle planning, utilities, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a proactive, adaptable approach.
