Facilities Manager

Location: RG1 1LZ postcode

Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships and rapport with contract clients.
  • Completing audit inspections and reviewing performance against the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification.
  • Managing and implementing employee wages daily.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, following statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks.
  • Managing and ensuring excellent service delivery to various client contracts over an agreed geographical area.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures in relation to HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, and Contract Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular audit inspections.
  • Review and ensure performance meets contractual agreements.
  • Oversee daily management of employee wages.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Manage service delivery across multiple client contracts.

Requirements:

  • Full UK clean driver's license.
  • Previous management experience in managing soft services/cleaning within facilities management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Health and Safety IOSH qualification (desirable).
