Overview

Job type: Perm
Salary: Up to 30,000

Working days: Monday -Friday
Working hours: 9am - 5pm

Location: City Quay, Belfast, Northern Ireland

 

What you need:

  • At least 1+ years experience in a reception/Admin/Facilities Coordinator role
  • An organised individual that can meet deadlines
  • You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined
  • You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. 

 

What you will do:

  • Ordering of consumables and management of budgets for same
  • PPM management – tracking PPMs to ensure that they're complete and using service dockets to close off the tasks & maintain the PPM tracker
  • Working with third party suppliers to close off reactive tasks for billing – running a weekly call with the team around same
  • Support the Facilities Team in administering the delivery of day-to-day FM services as required under the FM contracts
  • Carrying out quarterly performance reviews with suppliers
  • Act as main point of contact for key client stakeholders
