You'll play a key role in coordinating facilities management activities, ensuring a seamless workplace experience for clients and employees while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing a professional, customer-focused service.
  • Allocate works to engineers and specialist contractors, ensuring activities are completed safely, compliantly, and within agreed timeframes.
  • Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes, statutory compliance requirements, and service schedules to support uninterrupted business operations.
  • Track performance through CAFM and reporting systems, maintaining accurate records, audit trails, and KPI reporting.
  • Review service reports, identify remedial requirements, and coordinate follow-up actions with engineering teams and service providers.
  • Support workplace and facilities initiatives that enhance the employee and client experience within a high-end corporate office environment.
  • Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with client governance, security, compliance, and health & safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience within Facilities Management, ideally supporting a corporate office, banking, financial services, or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of both hard and soft FM services, including statutory compliance and building services maintenance.
  • IOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety awareness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior client representatives.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Experience using CAFM systems and producing accurate operational reports.

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity to work within a prestigious corporate banking environment, supporting a high-profile client account.
  • A varied and fast-paced role with significant stakeholder interaction and opportunities for professional development.
  • A supportive team environment focused on delivering exceptional workplace experiences and operational excellence.
