**Job Title:** Facilities Assistant
**Location:** Oxford
**Contract Type:** Full-Time
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our facilities by ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
