  • Conduct self-inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with engineering drawings, welding standards and company quality requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment and proactively contribute to site health and safety initiatives.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality fabrication and welding solutions across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to workmanship, continuous improvement, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Fabricator Welder within a manufacturing, engineering or fabrication environment.
  • Proven experience fabricating and welding structural steelwork to engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and welding details.
  • Strong fabrication capability, including measuring, cutting, fitting, assembling and welding materials from raw stock through to completed products.
  • Good understanding of fabrication tolerances, weld quality requirements and inspection standards.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision whilst maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
