Location: Shopping Centre - Leeds - Trinity Leeds
Join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre as an Event Staff / Guest Services Host and be a part of delivering exceptional service every day. We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and adaptable individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong team spirit to support an exciting programme of summer events. As an Event Staff / Guest Services Host, you will play a key role in supporting centre events such as the Summer Craft Club and the Artisan Market, while also working closely with the guest services team. Responsibilities include moving and setting up event equipment, ensuring its care and cleanliness, and always maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor and appearance in line with personal presentation guidelines.
A passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience is essential. You will be expected to stay vigilant, reporting any suspicious activity to the Control Room and assisting in fire emergency situations as instructed. Additional duties involve answering telephone queries in a clear and professional manner, handling Trinity Leeds Gift Card sales, and managing lost property. You will also be required to follow the correct procedures for forwarding customer complaints to the client and uphold the values of Trinity Leeds and Landsec to help shape our shared vision.
Candidates must be available to work regular hours between 25th June and 1st September 2025. Shifts will vary, and availability is required for work between 08:30 and 20:00. This role is flexible and can be balanced with other work or study commitments, and full shift availability is not a requirement to be considered.
