Mitie are recruiting Emergency Response Team officers (fire & security role) to be employed at a major account in Oxford. The position is a combined role consisting of emergency response (Security, fire, first aid, & fire prevention and duties)
Responsible for daily operations in accordance with BMW and Mitie policy and procedures within the confines of UK workplace and H&S regulations, best practice and law.
To manage the day to day operational requirements of the contract in line with customer and contractual expectations. To be the initial contact on operational security matters, ensuring a consistent quality service delivery and prompt responses to all incidents.
Main duties
To be flexible, able to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, public holidays and weekends either on a set shift pattern or on a relief basis, usually working a minimum of 42 average hours per week in line with business demands
