Job objectives and responsibilities
To undertake the planned maintenance and repair of the Electrical equipment, of building(s) as required under contract.
To undertake other maintenance and reactive tasks within skills set/qualifications
To carry out reactive tasks within SLA's.
This is a static role based at North East Scotland College, Fraserburgh – no vehicle provided.
Main duties-
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports
Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
Ability to produce permit to work/risk assessments as required.
Person Specification-
Qualified to City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role
18th Edition Qualification.
Commercial Electrical Experience – working in commercial environments
Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment .
Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable)
