Lead a team of electricians to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, meet contractual KPIs, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks to engineering teams.
Conduct training sessions, toolbox talks, and team briefings.
Manage subcontractors and ensure quality service delivery.
Complete service work within agreed timeframes, adhering to quality standards.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
Address training needs and support team development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Qualifications & Skills:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Trade.
C&G 2360 Parts 2 & 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
C&G 2382 18th Edition.
C&G 2391 Inspect and Test.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an electrical team.
Strong delegation, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of statutory maintenance in the healthcare sector.
Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
Hands-on approach to problem-solving and fault resolution.
Willingness to participate in on-call rota for 24/7 support.
Capability to take on roles of Authorised Person as per site matrix.
