Job Overview

Reporting to the Data Lead, the Data Manager will undertake a data integrity role whose responsibility consistently reviews how data is being operationalised and where we can identify erroneous data that leads to process re work using Maximo Commercial as a master system. The data integrity responsibility of the team will also ensure the matching of data across systems where an interface does not yet exist enabling seamless working across accounts/business entities such as Mitie Technical Facilities Management and Business Services. Managing asset data structures that master in Maximo Commercial the team will govern change control, data mapping and data reporting to ensure systems do not become misaligned. Focussing on process adherence and continuous improvement this role will lead a small team that maximises data alignment opportunities.

Main Duties

Be part of a core project working group that leads data integrity and implements strategies that documents how systems can work together streamlining processes.
Manages the data roadmap.

What we are looking for

Tacit knowledge of Maximo Commercial and alignment to other systems and CAFMs
Experience of managing master data
Experience of creating reports and MI that can identify erroneous data and process adherence
Uncompromising commitment to data quality
Ability to educate and influence operational teams with regards to their account data
