ROLE: Data Centre – Electrical Engineer Bias (Lead Engineer)
HOURS: 42 hours per week (4 on 4 off)
LOCATION: London

We're looking for a Data Centre Electrical Engineer (Lead Engineer) who will lead operations at our Goswell Road site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and resilient running of all critical engineering systems.

Role Responsibilities:

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of workmanship.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
Ensure all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, BMS, etc.) are maintained to the highest standards.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
Ensure all engineering activities are accurately logged and documented.Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety, and all company policies.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
Proven experience supervising engineering teams within critical environments (data centres, hospitals, etc.).
Strong knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
Experience using CMMS systems and BMS platforms.
IOSH/NEBOSH certification (desirable
