Lead Data Analyst – Compliance Services

 

 

Location: London

 

Reports to: Head of Accounts - Compliance Services

 

 

Job Purpose:

 

 

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from multiple systems to drive operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, and support strategic decision-making in the Compliance Business. This role will play a key part in enhancing cleaning performance, resource allocation, compliance, and passenger experience through data-driven insights and to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting

 

  • Extract, clean, and analyse data from Maximo Data Systems.

 

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.

 

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cleaning performance, compliance, and passenger satisfaction.

 

  • Provide real-time and historical analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

 

 

  • Collaborate closely with senior management, terminal managers, and operational teams to deliver data-driven insights.

 

  • Driving Change & Operational Efficiency

 

  • Utilise data to pinpoint inefficiencies in resource allocation, cleaning schedules, and service delivery.

 

  • Recommend process improvements based on data trends, ensuring compliance with Mitie and airport standards.

 

  • Support the implementation of AI-driven and automated solutions to enhance workforce productivity.

 

 

  • System Optimization & Integration

 

  • Serve as the key point of contact for data systems for Compliance.

 

  • Ensure seamless integration of data across platforms to improve decision-making.

 

  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data accuracy, system functionality, and reporting processes.

 

  • Maintain data integrity, ensuring all reports comply with audit and compliance standards.

 

  • Customer Experience & Passenger Satisfaction

 

  • Track Customer satisfaction trends and drive service improvements.

 

 

 

  • Use data from Maximo schedules to support efficiencies, ensuring Compliance Operate at 100% as a PPM delivery requirement.

 

 

  • Compliance & Performance Monitoring

 

  • Track compliance SLAs and service quality benchmarks.

 

 

  • Support audits by providing accurate data and performance reports.

 

  • Develop reports for senior leadership, Compliance stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

 

 

Qualifications & Certifications Required:

 

 

Essential:

 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & Power BI (or similar reporting tools).

 

  • Experience working with data from multiple systems (e.g., IoT, feedback platforms, workforce tracking tools).

 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling, visualisation, and automation.

 

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights in a clear, actionable format.

 

Desirable:

 

 

  • Experience with Merlin Proof of Presence, FeedbackNow, or Tork Smart Washrooms data system.

 

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation.

 

  • Experience in facilities management, airport operations, or cleaning industry analytics.

 

  • Understanding of LEAN methodologies and process improvement techniques.

 

  • Familiarity with UK GDPR regulations for handling data securely.

 

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

 

 

Experience & Skills Required:

 

  • Previous experience in a data analyst role, preferably within facilities management, aviation, or service industries.

 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.

 

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering reports to senior stakeholders.

 

  • Ability to manage multiple data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.

 

  • Experience using predictive analytics to support decision-making and operational planning.

 

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.

 

 

  • Understanding of LEAN methodologies and process improvement techniques.

 

  • Familiarity with UK GDPR regulations for handling data securely.
