Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?

Mitie is a leading facilities management and professional services company, and we're looking for a proactive Contract Support Operative to join our team. You'll play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support across multiple Mitie locations, helping our teams deliver excellent service and meet their goals.

What you'll be doing:

Providing efficient administrative and operational support to across the national account.
Running and analysing reports to help improve our operations.
Assisting with training coordination and ensuring operational compliance on-site.
Helping with compliance queries and ensuring all mandatory learning is completed.
Keeping our data trackers up-to-date and readily available.

What you'll bring:

A proactive approach and a passion for excellent customer service.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with numbers and data.
Engaging communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
A calm and composed approach when facing pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
A valid SIA Licence (essential).
