Are you organised, detail-driven, and looking to build a career in fire safety and compliance? Join our Fire Safety Programme team and play a key role in making buildings safer and fully compliant.
Reporting to the Compliance Delivery Manager, you'll help deliver passive fire remedial works across a diverse property portfolio. You'll coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, track project progress, manage essential compliance documentation, and help maintain the “golden thread” of building safety information.
Coordinate remedial works from planning through to completion
Track contractor progress and escalate issues when needed
Collect and manage compliance and certification documents
Keep programme records accurate and up to date
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
IT-literate and comfortable using digital systems
Experience in admin, compliance, facilities, or construction is a plus
Interest in fire safety (training provided)
Basic knowledge of fire safety regulations
NEBOSH Fire Safety or similar qualification
Familiarity with compliance systems (Lucernex, C365, Verisae)
Hybrid working
