Compliance Co-ordinator – Fire Safety Programme

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Manchester area (remote/hybrid working available – must live locally)

Are you organised, detail-driven, and looking to build a career in fire safety and compliance? Join our Fire Safety Programme team and play a key role in making buildings safer and fully compliant.

The Role

Reporting to the Compliance Delivery Manager, you'll help deliver passive fire remedial works across a diverse property portfolio. You'll coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, track project progress, manage essential compliance documentation, and help maintain the “golden thread” of building safety information.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate remedial works from planning through to completion

  • Track contractor progress and escalate issues when needed

  • Collect and manage compliance and certification documents

  • Keep programme records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills

  • IT-literate and comfortable using digital systems

  • Experience in admin, compliance, facilities, or construction is a plus

  • Interest in fire safety (training provided)

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Basic knowledge of fire safety regulations

  • NEBOSH Fire Safety or similar qualification

  • Familiarity with compliance systems (Lucernex, C365, Verisae)
