Job Title:  Climbing Arborist
Hourly Rate of Pay: £16.00

Requirement: Full UK Driving License with a trailer license being desirable 

What We're Looking For 
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

At least 2 years of experience in arboriculture 
Full UK driving licence (trailer licence is a plus) 
Essential NPTC certificates: 
CS30 (201/202)
CS31 (203)
CS38 (206)
CS39 (306/308)
A recognised arboriculture qualification (or willingness to gain one)
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety and team success 

We are building a new team of Climbing Arborists, with potential quick growth in the company. Mitie Landscapes is one of the UK's leading arboriculture and landscaping service providers. We're proud to deliver safe, high-quality tree care solutions for major commercial and public-sector contracts. As a Climbing Arborist, you'll play a key role in delivering arboricultural services across a variety of environments. You'll work within a supportive, professional team that values safety, precision, and pride in what we do. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Carry out aerial tree works using industry best practices. Operate and maintain arboricultural machinery and climbing equipment. Drive and manage company vehicles as part of daily operations. Use mobile systems to log completed work accurately. Work within RAMS and POWRA frameworks to meet all H&S requirements. Support a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with overtime and occasional overnight stays required. All relevant Arboriculture training schedules, including MEWP and IPAF, will be undertaken for the right candidate.
