Client Rentention Manager
UK Wide - Some Travel Required
The Client Retention Manager will be responsible for supporting and driving the company's client retention strategies within the Physical Security sector across the UK. By developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, the role aims to ensure high customer satisfaction, promote repeat business, and maximise client lifetime value across key industries, including but not limited to Corporate Accounts, Tech, Media & Telecoms, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Maritime and Aviation, Logistics and Distribution and Critical National Infrastructure.

You will work to strengthen client relationships through actively supporting the management of key existing client relationships, building long-term trust and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. You will also assist in driving client retention strategies that prioritise client loyalty and engagement, helping to drive repeat business and referrals. as well as working to identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You will need to have a proven background in client retention, sales or business development within the Physical Security sector with a focus on long term relationship management. You'll have experience working on workstreams of a varied level and worth up to 5 million GBP. You will also need to hold:
