We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team on a secure site. This role requires full security clearance, so applicants must be able to meet the clearance requirements.

Type: Full time
Pay: £12.93 Per Hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday from 2:00pm until 10:00pm)
Location: NATS, Sopwith Way, Swanwick, Southampton, Hampshire, England, SO31 7AY
You will use the Merlin system (via a provided mobile device) to log tasks, complete checks, and record cleaning activities. Full training will be provided.
Carry out cleaning tasks during your Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm shift to the required standard
Use the Merlin system to log tasks and record completed work
Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
Build knowledge of the designated cleaning areas and work schedules
Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
Work effectively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative
Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve standards
Ability to communicate and read basic English
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
Reliable, hardworking, and professional in your approach
Open, honest, self-driven, and determined
Flexible and willing to undertake all required training
