Shift Pattern: 14:00-22:00 (you will need to be available to work 06:00-14:00 for 4 weeks training)

In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

The Specialist GMP is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness in designated areas, strictly adhering to SOP standards. They must complete prompt and accurate reports and log books, raising any issues as soon as they arise. Regular checks of equipment are essential, and any defects or faults must be reported immediately. Full compliance with GxP operating standards is required, including cleaning procedures, use of PPE, proper documentation, and professional conduct. Previous cleaning experience is preferable. The individual should be a good team player with a flexible approach to the working environment and may be asked to provide cover in other areas when needed. Good proficiency in English is necessary to understand instructions, safety signs, SOPs, and health and safety training.
In terms of health and safety responsibilities, the Specialist must follow all group and company policies and procedures at all times. They are expected to report any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment that could impact service delivery or pose a risk to health, safety, or the environment. All work equipment and personal PPE must be used properly and in accordance with training received. Any issues or training needs should be reported to the line manager or via the divisional incident reporting system.
