We're looking for a Car Park Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing the airports car park.
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and out of hours where required
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum
Location: Belfast City Airport.
Main Duties
Manage the car park team to ensure the smooth running of the car parks and pay stations
Finance responsibilities for all machines and payments
Ensure the team follow health and safety procedures
Manage the courtesy bus service
Handle any issues raised professionally
Manage the IT systems and portals that manage the car park automated systems
Previous supervisory and car park experience
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and to a schedule
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
