This role is responsible for the daily monitoring of operational activities to ensure that asset data integrity and condition monitoring are maintained. The Asset Coordinator will ensure that direct technicians, Mitie entities, and supply chain partners are meeting performance expectations in terms of data quality, timeliness, and compliance. The role also includes generating reports and escalating issues to the Senior Asset Management Analyst to support continuous improvement.

Validate the accuracy and completeness of asset data entered by technicians, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
  • Performance Oversight:
Track and assess the timeliness and quality of asset updates and maintenance records from all delivery parties.
  • Reporting & Escalation:
Generate daily and weekly reports on data compliance and performance metrics. Escalate recurring issues or non-compliance to the Senior Asset Management Analyst.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with technicians, supervisors, and supply chain contacts to ensure understanding and adherence to asset data standards.
  • Support Continuous Improvement:
Provide feedback and insights to the asset management team to inform improvement plans and training needs.
  • System Use & Support:
Use asset management systems (e.g., CMMS, EAM) to track updates and support data entry where required.
