Location & Shift: UK Wide | Monday - Friday | Full-time, with flexibility to travel and stay away as required

At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for an Asset Collection Supervisor who will lead and support a team of asset surveyors, ensuring high-quality data collection, compliance, and service delivery across projects.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll oversee asset collection projects, manage stakeholders, and drive performance across both internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of internal and external asset surveyor teams, ensuring delivery against project timelines
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to surveyors, including toolbox talks and health & safety compliance
  • Monitor asset data quality through regular checks, audits (on-site and off-site), and daily reporting
  • Manage third-party survey companies and contractors, ensuring performance and contractual obligations are met
  • Oversee project scopes and proposals, supporting delivery and maintaining strong stakeholder communication throughout

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in asset collection and managing teams within a project-based environment
  • Technical (Electrical/Mechanical) understanding of asset management, maintenance operations and critical environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience supervising engineers or survey teams, including performance management and development planning
  • Familiarity with M365 & MiAsset software (or similar systems), with the ability to learn, use and train others

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity to lead high-impact projects across a national portfolio
  • Ongoing training and development, including leadership and technical progression
  • A dynamic, supportive environment where your expertise and ideas are valued
