This is not your standard sales role.

You'll be at the forefront of helping customers solve real, tangible challenges โ€” from ageing and inefficient pool systems to driving sustainability and decarbonisation across public and private swimming facilities.

๐Ÿš€ What You'll Be Doing

As Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your region โ€” driving growth, strengthening key accounts, and uncovering new opportunities.

  • Grow and manage a strong pipeline of new business across your territory
  • Develop and nurture key customer relationships, driving repeat and increased revenue
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings across the UK
  • Design and cost tailored pool plant solutions (full training provided)
  • Deliver against sales targets and KPIs aligned to company growth strategy
  • Use CRM (GV8) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer data
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across all product groups
  • Support tenders, bids, and PQQ processes alongside internal teams
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions
  • Contribute to wider sales strategy and support team development

๐Ÿค What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from commercially driven individuals who bring:

  • Proven experience in field sales / account management in a similar industry
  • Confidence building relationships and winning new business
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a territory independently
  • A consultative, solution-focused approach
  • Experience within Pool Plant ,FM, construction, engineering, or technical sales (advantageous)
  • Comfort with travel and being out on-site regularly

Experience with pool plant is not essential  but would be preferred โ€” training will be provided.
