Air Hygiene Supervisor

Location: Kent & the South East
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Days & Nights

We're looking for an Air Hygiene Supervisor to support our regional air hygiene operation, supervising operatives and carrying out technical works across a variety of customer sites, ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support air hygiene operatives, ensuring safe working practices in line with RAMS and maintaining professional client engagement at all times
  • Carry out kitchen extract and ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease and TR19 standards
  • Install access doors in line with DW144 and complete fire damper inspections in accordance with BS9999
  • Complete plant inspections, follow preventative maintenance programmes and recommend repairs or equipment purchases where appropriate
  • Ensure accurate completion of service reports, pre‑work risk assessments and all required documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating and maintaining ventilation and air hygiene systems
  • Understanding of TR19, BS9999 and DW144 standards
  • Previous experience supervising teams or coaching and mentoring 
  • Full UK driving licence
