Technical Process Design Manager

We're looking for a Technical Process Design Manager to join our growing wastewater engineering team. You'll be responsible for designing and optimising industrial effluent treatment solutions from feasibility through to commissioning, supporting clients across a range of sectors while ensuring compliance, efficiency and technical excellence.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of industrial wastewater and effluent treatment plants from concept through to detailed design.
  • Produce and optimise process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications and chemical dosing regimes.
  • Support project delivery, commissioning and troubleshooting activities while working closely with clients, project teams and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience designing industrial wastewater or effluent treatment systems, with strong knowledge of treatment technologies, process optimisation and treatment chemistry.
  • Able to work independently, manage technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
