We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead the Soft Service delivery across a growing portfolio of retail and leisure sites across the North of England and Scotland. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of Security, Cleaning, Waste, and Guest experience, driving operational excellence, and leading high‑performing teams to deliver a safe, compliant and customer‑focused environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of Soft Services across multiple sites, ensuring consistent performance across all service lines
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of site‑based specialists, including service line leads and Soft Service Managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both client stakeholders and site-based teams via regular visits and weekly communication
• Monitor and report on service performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Deputise for Head of Operations in times of their absence holding full accountability for the region

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing soft services across a multi‑site portfolio, ideally within a retail or leisure environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and complex financial reporting for which you will be accountable for
• Flexibility to travel across the region as required
