Job Information
We are an adult mental health hospital in Stockport and are looking for a full time (32 Hours per week) member of the team to join our Catering Division. The hours are 10am - 6pm and you will be expected to work some weekend. We are a 7 day operation so we rota the shifts to ensure everyone has weekends off. The primary role would involve the serving of the meals to our patients.
Main Duties
The main duties of the Food Servery Assistant are to serve the meals to all patients on the wards, ensuring that food temperatures are taken and documented. Fridge and freezer temperatures must also be documented. You will be responsible for you own servery area and hot serving trolley and ensure everything is cleaned down after every meal service, the food waste is documented and recycling is paramount to ensure our sustainability is maintained. A significant part of this role would include cleaning

We are looking for someone who is a good team player , very punctual and accurate with compliance paperwork
