  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide financial insight to support decision-making.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and help drive key business actions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Corporate Centre functions to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver value.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates and management presentations.
  • Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts and long-range planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, ensuring robust challenge and analysis of assumptions.

Reporting & Month-End Activities

  • Support the month-end close process through review and oversight of management accounting activities.
  • Prepare high-quality reporting packs, financial commentary and management presentations.
  • Ensure financial results are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Post journals where required and maintain a detailed understanding of assigned cost centres.

Procurement Rebates Management

  • Maintain rebate trackers and databases, monitoring delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with Category Leads to identify rebate risks and opportunities.
  • Reconcile and allocate rebate benefits while ensuring process milestones are achieved.

Process Improvement & Leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation of financial processes.
  • Work closely with the management accounting team in India, reviewing outputs and providing coaching where required.
  • Support offshore process development initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Contribute positively to team culture through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Experience using SAP and/or TM1.
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance or business partnering environment.
  • Exposure to procurement, rebates, fleet or corporate service functions.
