Job Purpose Summary
To professionally represent the Company's brand and successfully identify and engage with both new and existing customers to promote and solution sell maintenance packages. Ensuring achievement of an agreed target and promoting retention.
A Service Business Consultant is responsible for growing the FAFS portfolio of recurring maintenance contracts across all disciplines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
•To prospect and identify new customers who would benefit from the services FAFS provide across all disciplines.
•To attend Sales appointments to sell the Company's products and services
•Collate appropriate information and ensure all correct documentation utilised
•To provide reports as required
•To always represent the Company in a professional manner
•The constant attainment of agreed targets
•To conduct fire & Security audits at client's premises and generate recommendations
•Effectively manage the customer expectations – supporting the business and escalating areas of concern through designated channels. To ensure there are no surprises for either the customer or the business in terms of all elements of service delivery.
•To ensure all quotations are provided in a timely manner
•Ensure monthly KPI's are achieved and monthly order targets are met or exceeded.
•Be continually aware of the changes in legislation & product development, presenting these as appropriate in client meetings.
•Provide reliable sales forecasts to the Sales Manager on a monthly basis
•To build and retain long term customer relationships

•Experienced in negotiating and advising on Fire & Security solutions
