This role exists to ensure smooth operational delivery across client sites, supporting engineering teams and maintaining compliance through accurate job tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will support engineering operations by managing job allocation, quotes, and PPM schedules, while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping using Maximo. You'll liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate site activities, maintain safety documentation, and oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance tasks—from initial request to completion. This role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, factory-based environment.
