Our two-year Engineering Graduate Scheme is designed to fast-track your development and prepare you for a long-term career with Mitie Projects. You’ll rotate across our specialist businesses – including Mitie Power and Grid (G2 Energy, Rock Power Connections, Custom Solar, ESM Power), JCA Engineering, Projects Centre of Excellence, Projects Professional Services, Consulting and Energy Solutions – gaining hands-on experience in delivering some of the UK’s most exciting energy and infrastructure projects.
