Car Park Customer Service Support

To be a part of the Car Park Team for Trinity Leeds.

£10.12 PH

Main office-based duties

  • Working a shift pattern to include some weekends and late nights.
  • To assist customers with their enquiries
  • To maintain the appearance & standards of the front desk.
  • To be professional and courteous to all Customers.
  • To answer telephone queries in a professional and clear manner.
  • To present in the correct uniform and adhere to the rules regarding absence and lateness.
  • To work in a safe manner in line with our Company Health and Safety policy and procedures.
  • To complete all training as required by the Company.
  • Completing daily patrols of car park levels.
