Car Park Customer Service Support

To be a part of the Car Park Team for Trinity Leeds.

£10.12 PH

Main office-based duties

Working a shift pattern to include some weekends and late nights.

To assist customers with their enquiries
To maintain the appearance & standards of the front desk.
To be professional and courteous to all Customers.
To answer telephone queries in a professional and clear manner.
To present in the correct uniform and adhere to the rules regarding absence and lateness.
To work in a safe manner in line with our Company Health and Safety policy and procedures.
To complete all training as required by the Company.
Completing daily patrols of car park levels.

Motivated and genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop
Ability to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
