We are Recruiting for a Water Sports Instructor at the Royal Navy Water Activity Centre (RNWAC) as part of Mitie Hestia contract. Situated in Portsmouth you will be assisting and supporting the Principal and Chief Instructor in the instructing of all water activities You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a customer-focused service to Military Personnel

Dependant on the qualifications you hold, you will deliver a range of courses and team tasters for Serving personnel, Civil service and Local Navy Contractors. These activities could include:

• RYA Sailing Course
• RYA Powerboat Courses
• Paddle UK Explore Course
• Paddle UK SUP Sheltered Award
• Team taster session in Paddling or sailing.

We are looking for the following essential Qualifications:

• RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddle sport/SUP Instructor
• Vailed First aid Qualification.

Non-essential but desirable qualifications:

• RYA Senior Instructor
• Keelboat endorsement
• Multihull endorsement
• RYA Powerboat Instructor
• Paddle UK Kayak, Canoe or SUP Coach
• VHF Operators
