Job objectives and responsibilities:
Responsible to the Senior Operations Manager (Soft Services) for undertaking escorting of sub-contractors and visitors for a wide range of building services maintenance works throughout the UK wide Estate.
Main duties:
Escorting Sub-Contractors and visitors through the building on multiple sites UK wide, Requires DV clearance, Report directly to Senior Operations Manager (Soft Services) undertaking additional tasking as directed Undertake Company mandatory training as required, Have good working knowledge and understanding of H&S practices, working hours will need to be varied. Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 but this role will require flexibility as travel away to other sites throughout the UK and late night/weekend work will be expected.
Person Specification:
Role requires you to be physically fit as there can be a lot of walking and physical activity. This role requires the person to be a British National To be able to gain DV clearance. Note: this is in-depth and intrusive good communication skills. Ability to manage visitors to the site and ensure they follow the security procedures as laid out by the client Ability to adapt to changing work patterns.
